Linden completes fabrication of in-pit crusher project for Takraf/Gibraltar.
This project included 240 metric tons of plate work for the base frame, hoppers, operating platforms and towers for the new Takraf in-pit Crusher at Gibraltar Mines
The self cleaning Step Feeder consists of two sets of continuous moving steps mounted on cross frame support tubes. Both moving sections are connected by link arms to a torque pipe which is connected by a drive arm to a reducer.
In the standard model, the reducer is activated by a vector motor which is controlled by a flux vector drive at speeds up to 70 cycles per minute.
Handles logs from 3" to 30" in diameter, 8' to 24' in length.
Models available in 35, 50 or 70 degree elevations with 4 or 5 steps.
Simple mechanical drive.
Shop tested and shipped in one complete unit for quick easy installation.
